'I Am Not Seeking Money'

A separate voicemail, shared in court, recorded Ms Wandelt stating: "I understand I'm overweight and not pretty like Madeleine was, but I feel what I know."

While another instance of Ms Wandelt's one-way conversations with Mrs McCann's recording said: "Imagine there is a small chance that I am she? What happens next? Isn't that important for you?"

"I don't want money, I have a existence here in Poland, I simply desire to discover," she added.

The tribunal was advised that by means of electronic messages, text messages and calls, Ms Wandelt demanded a genetic test, sent childhood photos to her phone in a attempt to demonstrate a similarity to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and claimed to have "flashbacks" from a childhood with the McCanns.

The investigator, a data specialist with law enforcement who gathered the evidence, informed the court there "didn't appear to be any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt furthermore contacted acquaintances of the McCanns, according to the phone records.

On October 9th, 2024, Gerry McCann answered a phone call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "incorrect contact information."

That day Ms Wandelt deposited a message on Mrs McCann's voicemail declaring "I will persist and I will prove my position."

On the occasion of the trip to their house, the defendant dispatched a text which expressed: "We're currently sat adjacent to the McCanns' home with our vehicle dark resembling detectives. I desired to accomplish this with another person I never thought I would be involved in this with the McCanns."
